Description

Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is usually requested as part of either a liver profile or a bone profile. It is useful for the identification and monitoring of liver and bone diseases. Indications

As part of liver function tests or bone profile.


Sample Type

Serum, SST/Gel. Minimum 2 mL (1 mL separated serum).
