Free fatty acids - haemolysed samples are unsuitable. Sent to: Department of Clinical Chemistry, Sheffield Children's Hospital FOR LAB USE ONLY: Separate plasma. Transfer specimen into Z5 tube. Glucose and lactate should be analysed by STH Chemistry prior to sending. Write results on form and request SCH chemistry does not repeat them.
