Routine Coagulation Scientific Lead & Deputy Laboratory Manager - Northern General Hospital
Lee started working in the NHS as a Biomedical scientist in early 2000 at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. He gained his MSc in Pathological sciences at Sheffield in 2005. Originally working in all areas of the Haematology laboratory he became Senior BMS in Coagulation in 2010. He played an integral part in developing the routine coagulation laboratory and was lead BMS running the Anticoagulant monitoring service.
Lee joined STH in late 2019 as coagulation Scientific Lead and Deputy Laboratory Manager at the Northern Campus, where he leads a highly skilled and knowledgeable team, whose services facilitate the best possible standards of patient care.
