Deputy Laboratory Manager - Histopathology
Greg joined Laboratory Medicine at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals in 2003 as a multidisciplinary trainee Biomedical Scientist as part of an undergraduate training scheme, specialising in Histology two years later.
In 2018 he became one of the Deputy Laboratory Managers in Histology, with particular responsibility for overseeing the Histology service provided on the Chesterfield site.
Greg has been chair of the Histopathology Reference Group for the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Pathology Network for the past few years, working towards consolidation and optimisation of Histology services for the locality.
Greg holds the NHS Leadership Academy Award in Healthcare Leadership and PGCert in Healthcare Leadership.
