Siobhain Cassidy
Directorate Business Manager
Siobhain started her role as Business Manager for the Laboratory Medicine Directorate in 2014, entering the role with 15 years prior experience within the Laboratory Business Team having started at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in 1999.
Previous financial, business and customer service experience was gained through her time working in banking prior to joining the NHS in 1999.
Siobhain leads a focussed team responsible for Service Level Agreements and dealing with enquiries from other organisations for referrals to STH.
She works closely with the Laboratory Management Team and Clinical Lead Team for the Directorate in relation to service provision. Siobhain is committed to customer service for the patients and staff of STH, and to users of its service.
